The short documentary explores the deep connection between Indigenous forestry professionals and the land, highlighting Ntityix Resources LP —a Westbank First Nation-owned company—leading the way in sustainable forest management. Guided by their Seven Generations Plan, Ntityix Resources LP blends traditional knowledge with modern forestry practices to balance economic opportunity with environmental stewardship. The film also addresses the growing threat of wildfires in the Okanagan and the role of Indigenous-led land management in restoring forest health.
